National Undergraduate Intelligent Car Contest
The National Undergraduate Intelligent Car Contest is sponsored by the National Ministry of Education, as one of the five contests the Ministry advocates. Its professional knowledge related to control, pattern recognition, sensor technology, automotive electronics, software design, machinery and many other disciplines. According to the technical requirements of the contest, we are required to design and implement an intelligent car which can accurately identify the road and control the speed and direction of the smart car in real-time. Every year, more than 1,000 teams from almost 300 universities participate in this contest. Our team won the 1st Prize and Excellent Paper Award of the 4th National Undergraduate Intelligent Car Contest in 2009.
National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest
We needed an open area to test our design
The National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest was initiated by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education and the Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Information Industry. As one of the five contests the Ministry of Education advocates, the contest began since 1994. The contestants are required to finish their compulsory design programs within four days. The contest is held every two years. In 2009, a total of 8,766 teams (26,298 students) from 938 universities participated in the contest. After continuously designing, implementing and testing in four days. Our team won the 2nd Prize.
